I ordered a OnePlus Y*s TV from reliance digital on */**/**
Since then the delivery status has been showing shipped, when we asked customer care they did not give any answer regarding the delay, they kept on saying your complaint will be resolved within ** hours. But it's been ** days now and today on **/**/** the delivery status is showing delivered but we did not receive our order
