Hi Team,
This is to bring to your attention that I bought a OnePlus Y Series *** cm (** inches) Full HD LED Smart Android TV **Y* (Black) (**** Model) from Amazon India which was delivered on **th October. Invoice attached had a different customer details and billing address. I had also requested for TV installation from Amazon at the time of booking and was informed that Installation will be completed on **th October. Since the TV is delivered on **th October I have been calling Amazon customer center for the serial number mismatch and installation everyday since then, I am told request is escalated issue will be resolved at the earliest. But actually Amazon is least bothered and provide false information or direction. I requested to speak higher ups but of no help. There were * reschedules for the TV installation and multiple escalations since **th October but no one is ready to take ownership at Amazon India to assist. They only dialogue I am use to from Amazon India is '' Sorry'' & "Apologize" and we have escalated issue with concerned team wait for ** hours. I am attaching the emails received from Amazon with false promises. If required will share the chat and recorded call details with Amazon customer care. I would request to please assist.
