As I ( Pankaj Gotra) had booked my flight from Jammu to Mumbai on dated **/**/** but within the time from your side booking not confirmed as my REF********* (Rs ****) Now as per your guideline the amount will be refunded within ** days but till now(**/*/****), no refund message will be received so please look out this on priority.
