My cousin joined byjus as BDT and what you people do are pathetic. You treat them like slaves. You pay them good but what the hell is this ** to ** hours work??? Don't you have some kind of humanity. You dont even give them a tea break. You leave them for lunch at around *.** this what you do to your staff???
Its really pathetic dont you know about the labour law. You are not a sole company in this world. Please consider people as human *st.
Working from home doesn't means we dont have family. You send people for dinner at *.** to ** thats horrible. You say its off on Monday and tuesday and again you won't allow them to take rest. Do you know how its gona affect the eyesight??? Please treat staff like human.
