Booked online travel ticket on Travelook. Within few minutes received a call back from their help desk stating that due to fair variance your ticket has been cancelled automatically by the airline operator. Also simultaneously received email from Travelook regarding automatic ticket cancellation. However, upon rechecking on booking portal, learnt that there is no variance in ticket fares & my refund still not received till date.
