I had booked my ticket from Mumbai to Delhi at **am on **th September. However got an email from cleartrip twice that the ticket has not been booked therefore the amount will be refunded. I went ahead and booked my tickets again from make my trip. At **pm I received tickets from cleartrip on my email I’d for a *pm flight. By then I had already raised emails and complaints about non receivable of ticket and that I have booked my tickets. I have asked for a refund, but no one for cleartrip is calling me back regarding my complaint.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
