- Ticket not issued and got stranded at the airport Closed
I was provided confirmation email of my ticket booking for **th June night by air India. I did not get the ticket so went to the airport as was not able to do online web check-in. In the airport, they did not provide me with the ticket and last minute claimed system issue and was stranded in the airport and had to book a flight at the last minute and had to incur a huge loss. I had to cancel my connecting flights and buy a flight ticket twice the normal price due to last-minute booking all due to negligence of service from air India and their system failure. The airport manager promised the refund but did not get any response yet in spite of requesting them by email.
