Cleartrip - Ticket has not booked for trip id but money is deducted Not refunded even after 1 week

I tried to book a flight through cleartrip website on **-Aug-****. The money got deducted from my account, but ticket has not been booked. I got a mail from cleartrip that money will be credited to account in ** hours as the tickets have not been booked for trip id#************. But even after * week amount Rs.**** has not been credited to my account. And, there is no customer care phone number or chat or email for cleartrip. They have website support, which is pathetic.
Its been * days, and my money has not been credited to my account. Please help me in this regard.
