On **th Feb ****, I had booked two tickets Mum – Vadodara, by your website Cleartrip.
After paying INR **** through my HDFC account , immediately I got a message from your website that ……….
Booking failed
Your booking for the trip ID ************ could not be completed.
We have initiated the refund, it will be credited back into your account in *-* working days.
I called your customer care for why this happened, if your website was unable to book and who will bear the consequences???
In the next fifteen minutes I got a ticket from Cleartrip on my whatsapp – PNR OMPDVV confirming the ticket.. But it was booked in same name two tickets?? I was surprised to know how this was done.. Then the gentleman on the line from your customer service after ** mintues holding the line said it is technical glitch from your end and he assured to correct the same…
After holding the line for more than two hours and talking to multiple persons from your end, they showed their incapabilty to correct… I failed to understand what was the purpose of this glitch.. What did you gain at the end
My request is… My travel is important to me hence I called Indigo airlines directly, canceled the ticket booked by you and they confirmed whole money refund.. I need the whole money refund , I mean the whole money please
I have undergone pain and torture for the three hours for which I am not claiming anything, but I need to get full refund which the airlines has promised
