Today morning I received a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday the delhivery agent asked for OTP handed me the package and ran away when I checked the package it was not my product they replaced my package with some other dusty product and wrapped it up in Delhivery packet and handed me over. The package does not even have a name or any details . They then updated my package delivery status to delivered. I contacted the sender and it seems they have send the correct package but the thing I received is replaced in delhivery office only as it only has a covering of there packet without any information. Please help me out to resolve this issue.
