Orange Tours and Travels - the travel bus not drop me in proper boarding point

I had booked a ticket on the red bus and travel from Tirunelveli to Pondicherry in the orange bus and they did not drop me in proper boarding point. When the bus reaches Chengalpattu they told me you should drop in Villupuram and then go to Pondicherry. Due to lack of proper information from bus staff, I missed the boarding point and then they drop me in Muthukulathur. From that place, they do not arrange any facility to reach Pondicherry. I reached the boarding point on my own expense due to this I face mental agony health problem and money loss.
