The product I bought was boat aerdopes-***-cool sapphire. It had a charging issue so I filed a warranty claim. The product was picked up by the courier partner. It was well verified as confirmed by the boat on WhatsApp. Then after *-* days they shipped me a box with a white aerdopes with unknown company, one ear piece missing and look so dirty. I told them that this is not my aerdopes. And they again took the product back and took * days for verification that this is not aerdopes-***- cool sapphire and sent the product back. Now I have that defective product and eagerly want to file an FIR against them. I have the screenshot of earlier and later messages of WhatsApp and mails. Soon I received the product I made the video on first time. The second time I click the pics of the box. Now I m nowhere and mentally stressed because of what I have gone through in these ** days. I want them to increase the warranty by * months now. As they took the whole month. But didn't resolve the issue. What should I do now, I don't know
