Make My Trip Pvt Ltd - Thailand Travel not conducted properly

This is a complaint regarding my recent travel to Thailand from **th Dec to **th Dec.
Firstly, a proper detailed itinerary was not shared before the trip.
Secondly, I was not taken to all the places that were included in Phuket City Tour. When I informed this to my trip advisor, there was no action on this.
Thirdly, a basic inclusion which is the bangkok city tour, was not included in my package. My colligues had the same package like me and they had the bangkok city tour included in their package. When I informed this to my trip advisor there was no action and he replied that I can book a car and go to places my myself. If i had to book a car and roam by myself then for what reason I choose Makemytrip?
Overall the experience with MMT was not pleasant at all and I will not suggest anyone to go for Makemytrip.
Trip advisor Mr Avishek Das(Kolkata) handled the trip in a very unprofessional way.
Request quick action and atleast **% refund for my trip.
