I booked my Air-India ticket from make my trip from Bermuda to Delhi "To and fro Journey" on *th - **th February ****.
Due to some emergency, i have to leave for India early and hence i could not take my Journey from Bermuda to Delhi, however i will be taking the return flight from Delhi to Bermuda.
- I called the make my trip people and they asked me to book a new flight for that case. Hence i went ahead and booked a new flight from Bermuda to Delhi and they also told me that the PNRs are different so your return ticket should be good to go. Relying on your representatives, i booked a new flight.
- Even yesterday also, i called them and they replied me with the very same thing however Air india people said PNRs are different for the connecting * airlines but for * airline it is same. I just relied on your customer service executives and didn't knew they were guiding me wrong.
My new flight is also done with a different airline and now i have * flights but i cant take any as i have leave for India early and i dont have a return ticket now.
All my bookings have been done with make my trip but still they are not doing anything even though it is their customer support fault
