My booking id is NL ************* for the upcoming trip, but when I am contacting the customer care to reach to Vikash from make my trip operations unable to reach. Everybody just says that sir we apologise. Do they really mean it or they are trained enough just to do the lip service? If that is the case, I did the biggest mistake by booking through make my trip. If I would have booked everything on my own it would have been only **k~**k but I just paid Rs. **K just believing you guys. Now when I am trying to reschedule for the last * days, it's not resolved yet and you guys say that policy says that if you reschedule ** days before its okay. My marriage is postponed and soon after the confirmation of that I asked you guys to change the dates then you guys are asking for Rs, ***** more, this is really bullshit experience.
