On **th July I got a YouBroadband connection with a three month, unlimited internet plan. For over * weeks it has been out of service and everytime I place a complain it either doesn't get placed or nothing is ever done about it. This is causing major setbacks to both me and my roommate. In addition to this, the people who gave the connection did so without asking for the right kind of documents. Now if I reach out to the customer support, all they do is raise a request for repair and never send anyone. On the app, the support option is absolutely useless because it always says that there are no engineers available. The company is refusing to cancel the subscription and refund the remainder of my money. I do not wish to continue with their service however it is just incredibly unfair that I be charged at all for internet that hasn't worked most of the time since being installed. The attached file is evidence of the monthly internet usage. It's clearly visible that it stopped working on *nd August and then didn't come back up until the **th of the same month. That on its own is over two weeks, being closer to twenty day! In addition to this it is STILL not functional. It has been useless since a power cut last night. Since then I've tried turning it of and on and unplugging the LAN cable, neither of which actually worked.
