Technical Problem not solved from more than * months, need to refund the amount for * months plan for which I have already paid in advance.I have been following up from almost * months now without any resolution. Would have raised around **+ SR request which was closed without any resolution, post which I had visited the office personally and raised a complaint after which one of the technician visited the place. Even after mutiple day's followup issue was not resolved by technical team and situation is still the same. Concern is frequent disconnect during entire day, as I'm from IT field i would need ***% uptime but YOU broadband have very poor connectivity which keeps on dropping in between. As they are not able to resolve the issue after multiple follow up. I don't have any other choice then opting for different ISP provider on urgent basis. While asking You broadband about refund process they mentioned they don't have any such policy.
