I've Multitv, which they made monthly cost of Rs.***!
How is the cost of multitv higher than the cost of all channels?
Also, how does ** Day Charges = Rs.***, when ***/- + ***/- = ***/-
I've called up Tatasky customer service and after ** minutes of discussion, the service centre guy still asks me to go the the site and check out the rates, then why is he calling himself a customer service rep?
Few days back, another Tatasky rep only told me that there are various slabs for multitv costs on basis of total channel costs ie. if channel cost is ***-*** Rs, multitv = ***, if ***-*** Rs., multitv = *** and so on. I'm not sure of the exact rates, but I'm pretty sure the cost of multitv will be lesser than the cost of the packages. That is understandable and I'm ready to pay it. But if it's higher, what's the purpose of taking an additional box!
