Tatasky - not working and complain active from last 11 days

Service for Subscriber ID ********** is not active from last ** days and initial complain is launched on **th. After that we are calling daily *-* time for some technician to come and attend the problem. no one is coming and I am fed up chasing them, dont want to continue with their service anymore, pathetic customer support.
