Bharati Pathak filed complaint against Tatasky on May 7, 2019
I am having multi tv connection of tata sky. From the last several years I am availing its timely services but this time it is not up to the mark. Our television is not receiving an accurate signal from the last two weeks. I am complaining about this several times but the query is as it is. The technician came twice but of no use. Now he is also not coming and we are just paying the recharge amount for the days when we are not able to watch television. The customer care representatives are not giving a promising response. I want the company to resolve the issue and compensate for the days we are not able to watch television.
