- TATA CLIQ HAS ZERO CREDIBILITY AND WORST SERVICE Open
I purchased a LG ** place setting dishwasher from Tata Cliq. Post the delivery I got the call from LG service executive he told we will have to hire a plumber for the same as he won't be able to do the installation. I told him our place has a water connection an electric connection, what do we need the extra force for? He was stubborn and as per him installation only meant to insert the plug in the socket which is really lame. Right after that I complaint to Tata Cliq for the issue, they remained indifferent for a long time, I myself had to contact the LG executive for the same. He came charged us for the installation and damaged our pipeline as well. Coming to the demo part he did that half heartedly as well.
Meanwhile I kept tata cliq informed that as there is a delay in the installation front you also will have to extend the return date as it's applicable from the date of installation.
While using the product we saw certain issues, such as the timing issue which meant despite the machine is showing duration of * hours it ran for * to * hours, for * hour ** minutes setting it consumed till * and half to * hours as well. Also few errors came, poor washing quality, lastly few clamps to hold dishes were also loose. When I raised this issue to Tata Cliq, they said they would arrange the technician, the technician came and said he has appeared for the demo session. I told him I requested for a return as there is an issue with the product quality, performance which seems defective. The technician just denied without properly running the machine. The technician made another appearance with a job sheet, that day he took my comments over it and went away. This kept happening with multiple visits of technicians sometimes he is coming without a job sheet, sometimes he is coming with a job sheet but just took my comments. Also he justified the issue of timing saying that clock might have ** minutes in one hour machine may have ** minutes in one hour this was really laughable. I shared the same with Tata Cliq, the lady called Simiran and Akbar said they will fight with the brand for me, but trusting these cheats was one of the biggest mistakes.
Despite multiple visits of technician at my place and the unprofessional behaviour from their end some one called Akbar from Tata Cliq only and only forced me to allow the technician during COVID ** again at my place. I explained that so many visits have happened and this people haven't acted accordingly , but Mr Akbar on **th June said he would close my ticket which he did. He said that I would once again need a job sheet with the comment of the brand and then the product would be taken.
I allowed the technician once again at my place, this time it was a different technician, I explained the case to one of the Area Managers called Shailenra over the phone he agreed that the timing issue shouldn't happen.
After allowing the technician at my place those issues were encountered and also he wrote those issues over the job sheet and signed over them. When the issues appeared he went a little nervous called Mr . Sailendra, due to high phone volume I could hear them saying as the product is getting ready for return this could make them in an insecure condition. The technician forced me to talk to some one called Hakeem on his phone, I told them to call me on my number , the person was so rude and unprofessional he talked very cheaply and said I can go ahead and buy a Bosch product, many of the LG products have such defects.
When I shared the job sheet with Tata Cliq the same day, which had comments of the brand specifying the defect and also the signature, they denied saying that the brand has personally told them to not to return the product.
I explained the issue so many times to the Tata Cliq customer team they keep saying sir the product must get returned and for surely it will get returned, but despite follow ups from a month they keep denying my return request.
The people sitting in the office are the ones deciding the flaws in the product. There is no credibility of a job sheet created in front of the customer, technician and the product. I cancelled my travel plans twice because of the unprofessional tech team who couldn't give proper service at one go. Mr Akbar on **th June closed my ticket saying that Job sheet is the only way and he will cut the call if I question any more, after the job sheet is created this is what they have done. I somehow allowed the technician once again because Mr. Akbar was blackmailing.
LG's twitter handle said they offered me a repair service and same LG to Tata Cliq said the product has no defect I sent the screenshots of the same but Tata Cliq only kept supporting the brand's case and advocated for brand. They request you to email to different ids one after the other but all of them give priority to the brands and sellers over customers.
There own customer care people agreed over record like this is wrong and the return must be taken but they only harass , suppress and deceive the customers.
