I am writing to express my deep concern regarding an order I placed with Tata Cliq. I received a product that was different from what I had ordered, and as a result, I promptly returned the item in accordance with the return policy.
However, upon receiving the returned product, I was informed that my refund was denied due to a “failed quality check.” I find this explanation both unsubstantiated and unacceptable, especially considering that the reason for the return was that the wrong product was sent to me in the first place.
After few weeks of research, I got an email from Tata Cliq below.
“ We have contacted the seller regarding the concern order that you have received, and have been informed that the product was dispatched only after a thorough quality check. As a result, your request has been denied, We are reshipping the product.”
