I ordered a black baiomi bag on ** july and I returned that product on ** july because of size issue. The product was picked up by the delivery partner but after two days I got to know that pickup was unsuccessful because of some issue mentioned by them. I contacted customer support but they said to contact the delivery partner. I don't have contacts details of that partner whom did it picked up. I contacted tata cliq calls and chat support and they are providing only one solution is to contact that delivery person. I said again and again that I don't have that delivery partner phn number. I think I lost my money. I don't have any idea what to do right now. I lost trust in tata cliq.
