My account has been disabled with no prior intimation. I have been told that it is due to a high return volume but the products i receive are not in proper condition and are not of the material mentioned on the website. I have no option but to return them.
I also pay the non refundable platform fee each time I order so it is not that the platform is losing money.
This feels like a scam to constantly get money from the customer and then disable their account when they see fit.
I was Not informed that my account may be disabled. Please look into this
