I ordered Puma sneakers shoes from company Tata cliq on **rd June . I got a message on **th June that your package has been delivered successfully. But I have not received anything,not even a call from delivery boy,I have not asked for any OTP ( as I had cleared the payment earlier at the time of ordering). after getting that msg I immediately filed a complaint through customer care. since that day continuously I am asking for resolution but nothing happened..now they are saying we are closing your case. from their side I am getting the email that they have shown the proof of delivery, which is absolutely wrong. I have not got any parcel or any proof of delivery.This was my first time purchase from this company and got very disappointed.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
