I ordered a bluetooth Headset Sony MDRXB**S for INR **** from Amazon affiliate Apario Retail, knowing it is amazon fulfilled and because I trusted Amazon previously. I Ordered the product on the **th OCT ****, and opted for express next day before *pm delivery and paid *** INR extra. My parents recieved the Package on **th Oct **** the morning it came in a sealed envelope with a return address indicating it came directly from Apario-Amazon warehouse in Bhiwandi Maharashtra. When I opened the envelope I discovered the seal on the box was cut and there was a cut on the side of the box the product was missing. I raised a complaint with the investigative team of Amazon India, on the first instance someone by the name Piyush told me it would be resolved by **th Oct, I received no email acknowledgment of the complaint. I called the team again and this time some called Kiran informed me that they would resolve it by **th Oct ****.. I asked her for an email acknowledgment to which she obliged. It was clear to me that since the envelope was sealed the people at Amazon-Apario warehouse have sent across an empty box with no product or someone from their end stole it, either way, I am left with a very expensive empty box costing INR ****. I would like this issue to be resolved, either send me a new product box and everything inside intact or issue a full refund with an apology for the time and money wasted and loss of faith.
