I ordered a meal from Swiggy, which was prepared in **-** minutes by the restaurant. However, swiggy took about ** minutes to pick up the order and then **-** minutes to deliver. During this time, the food had gone bad. Now swiggy is not giving any option to call them and discuss the matter. The only reply I get on the email is to rate the restaurant when it was swigg's fault.
