- Swiggy Order Dated Stale food And item missing missing Open

Swiggy Partner Mutharlwala Mahavir Enclave order ************ dt ** Nov **** supplied Stale kulchas and two Kulchas were missing from the order. Chole were not open .
Several times it was conveyed to swiggy , by Chat , Call and email from that incident immediately. But swiggy refused to take back Stale product and first offer Rs **for missing Item and later RS **....though after discount and free delievery (bcos of Swiggy One Coupon )...I paid Rs ***.
I order Breakfast From Singla Dwarka later and supplied with it )
I want full amount refund alongwith Penalty for mental tension of Same amount (Total RS ***)..
I HV sent several emails alongwith pics of the food supplied but they stick to same tone .
Pl look into the matter and do the need ful
