As per byjus commitment I should be able to cancel my subscription under ** days of delivery. I placed a request for the same under ** days and it’s been approx. * months I’m struggling with this issue. Every time when I call they have a very new reason ready to tell. Firstly they promise you for a no question cancellation policy then they will be assigning you tasks each week to complete in order to cancel the product.
