Aryan Bhandari filed complaint against Tatasky on Mar 1, 2020
On *th June, **** I had recharged my Tatasky Account with Rs. ***** to subscribe to the annual package of tatasky. My due date is supposed to be on *th June, ****. But tatasky cut my connection on Feb **th itself. Hence, eating away * months and ** days worth of my money. They increase my monthly consumption amount from Rs. **** to around Rs.****-****, without any intimation to me.
They did not honour their contract which was made on June *th, **** and aren't even resolving this issue by crediting my account with sufficient balance, so that my TV works till the due date comes.
It is very distressing.
I am looking for tatasky to credit back required amount so that my TV works until the due date.
