On ** september ****, I booked for deep clean AC service on URBAN COMPANY app ,due to non cooling issue. For that I prepaid Rs.***. Prior to service I informed service professional Mr. Shahrukh that P* error is coming on indoor unit and there is cooling issue. At that time my indoor and outdoor unit both were working but after running for approx** minutes error P* used to come on indoor unit and there was no cooling. He said not to worry first he will diagnose the issue then only will start service. After diagnosing he informed that there is low gas pressuer so along with servicing he also needs to refill gas and it will cost additional **** Rs. For this revised price quotation came on my UC app of Rs.****, which I approved. After this he started servicing along with his companion. Now after servicing, washing indoor and vaccuming outdoor unit, during connecting wires in outdoor unit, all of a sudden he told that some issue has occured in PCB and E* error occured on indoor unit. After this outdoor unit stopped working completely. Prior to start of service there was no issue in communication between indoor and outdoor unit. Then after trying in different ways, service professional declared that PCB has gone faulty for sure and I will have to pay for its repair, which will cost me additional Rs. **** approx. For this I denied that when there was no communication issue between indoor and outdoor unit prior to start of service and he himself diagnosed the issues and for that only he provided revised quote of Rs **** then how come this PCB issue has occurred and why will I pay for that. After that he left the premises saying that he will contact me next day and will see how he can help me. But he never called again.This way he left me wandering with new problem, which will cost me a lot. After that I contacted to URBAN COMPANY customer support through app several times, but every times new correspondent responded saying that their service professional is saying that its not their fault that PCB has gone faulty, so I will have to pay for that. Then after communicating for next * to * days, when I denied to pay for PCB repairing they simply refunded my initial paid amount of Rs.***. This way this company is adamant to not believe that any mishandling or fault may be occured by their service professional. I am really disappointed with such pathetic kind of service from urban company.
