Urban Company - Parts taken for service and its also past due date no response from the company

had placed a service request for my washing machine repair, there were multiple requests placed and each time a technician arrived looked at it and sai its fine and i paid the visit fee, recently a technician visited and advised some issue with the PCB and wanted to take it away for repair this visit was on **/**, I clearly stated that it's diwali time and a lot cleaning and washing needs to be done where the technician stated it will be done in ** hours, and today it's the *th day and nothing has happened, I contacted your customer service yesterday **/** they stated i would get a call from the expert team in ** mins and no call was made, I initiated aa chat again today **/** at *:**am and i was assured the same, but still no call arrived, I called the technician he stated that this will happen after diwali, why should I wait for after diwali when you as a company failed to keep your promise. I have elderly parents at home and washing machine is a necessity.
And now it's **:** IST and neither has any call being made and no resolution received as yet
