High variant Sony tv purchased in the end of year **** at the cost of Rs. ******/-... Suddenly one fine day without any physical damage tv display is not working. Lot of time service executive visited and attempted could not able to resolve the problem. Finally they informed complete display need to be changed at the cost of Rs. *****/-.... I am bit surprised here high cost/variant tv with reputed brand is not even functioning for even * years. With such poor quality product SONY is selling to customer. I need solution for the same.
