Sony - My Sony tv broken by it self

My tv screen was suddenly broken because of manufacturing error my tv suddenly started heating while I watching and then suddenly I heard a pop sound and I saw that my tv display got broken I contacted the Sony customer care and then I done the factory reset i think it is a temporary damage then also its not clear it's not solve please help me don't buy Sony products the costumer care said it's a physical damage and ignored my all money gone help me iam from India
