Sony - SONY LED Concern regarding Service and Quotation for TV Reparis

Dear Aftermarket Service Department - Daksha Services Pondicherry.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent service rendered by your mechanic for the repair of my TV, During the service, i was quoted for the replacement of the picture tube which was more than **% of the cost. However, a local service mechanic successfully repaired the TV without needing to replace the picture tube.

Given this, i am seeking clarification on the necessity and cost of the quoted replacement. Your insight would be greatly appreciated to understand the discrepancy is service recommendations and cost.
