On **th of July ****, I have purchased one Redmi Note * Pro from nearby MI home. After * days of use, I got an issue where the signal automatically disappears and the device shows insert sim. This issue is resolved only after a manual restart of device else it will restart automatically after a few minutes of use. I reported this issue to the service centre and said it is a software issue and done a software update. Then I took my device after * days of use I got the same issue again. Then I reported it service centre they told sir we will issue a replacement for this and took the replace. But on the second device also I got the same issue. Then they asked to change my sim card and also asked me to give device for observation, but I refused to give for observation then they advised me to give for a software update to stable MIUI version. Next day I visited the store for MIUI update. They have done a software update and returned device but still, I faced the issue and I have shown them the issue live and when tried to check settings it automatically gets restarted. They took all the screenshots and also screen recording from me and issued replace again. I have changed my sim card also but again the same issue came in the new device then again I reported this issue to the service centre and they asked me to give it for observation and I gave them for observation for * days. Instead of giving for * days I gave them for * days and after * days when I visited them again they said we have not faced any issues still we are replacing your device but I have all proofs and videos but they are not accepting it. Then finally I called to customer care they also not ready to help me. They just want me to perform replace again and again. I am totally fed up with Redmi note * pro and I have said to them that I am ready to extra amount to take a new Redmi device but not this again. Even this issue is faced by one of a friend.
