My Order with Order ID- OD****************** was shipped, showing reached nearest delivery hub and was cancelled without any intimation or reaching out to me.
I reached out to customer care but they asked me to place new order whose cost have increased by **** Rs . I asked them to reorder it for me , but they said we cant.
Further Raised a complaint to grievance and received an email that they tried reaching out to me and if i can give a suitable timeslot to speak. I provided the info but still havent got a call back.
