Flipkart India Private Limited - FRAUD BY FLIPKART BY GIVING WRONG TRACKING DETAILS NOTE DELIVERING PRODUCT

This is related to Order ID OD****************** "CORAZZIN Solid Wood Study Table" Ordered & Paid on **rd June **** to Flipkart with confirmed delivery date of **th July ****. I got the message & update on *th July **** from Flipkart that my order has been shipped via DELHIVERY Courier Service with Tracking details as *********, which when I tried to track was found fake & DELHIVERY website also confirmed that the tracking details are completely wrong. After that I called up Customer Care service of Flipkart & updated that tracking details are wrong, in return they reverted no sir its right & you will get the consignment on time. On **th July **** again I got a message that your order will be now delivered on **th July ****, again I got message from Flipkart on **th July **** that consignment will be delivered on **th July **** & on **th July evening again I got the message that now the consignment will be delivered by *th Aug ****. During this entire course of action I literally called & begged Flipkart Customer Care team more than ** times to get correct tracking details but they never solved my problem & even has not tried to get me the correct tracking details. Flipkart has harassed me like anything in past ** days & made my life miserable. I plead court of law to please take strict actions against such companies who are sitting on money of lacs of users like me & harassing us. I have attached all the supporting documents for the same.
