Complaint placed for replacement of faulty setup box on **st April ****. After ** hrs nobody attended or resolved. When called customer care on **nd they escalated the issue promising an * hours period. After * hours still, nobody attended. After calling customer care again on **rd April **** they said a call back will be done in * hours. But still, nobody called. After calling customer care again they again registered a complaint about resolving in * hours again. Only escalation and time delayed to attend complaint. Nodal officer number no answer after several attempts of calling. I have sent an email also to the nodal officer. But still no reply. On **rd I received a call and the technician promised he will call me the next day and confirm the time to come and solve the issue. But after I called on **th they complained saying the setup box was not in stock and will arrange to have it replaced on **th. Upon calling on the **th and spoke to they said complaint has been closed. I then spoke to Mr Arvind he was the in charge of service and had promised me that this will be solved by the end of the day. But after ** mins I get a call saying the setup box is still not available. It has now been * days since my problem has not been solved. Yet I haven't received any complaint from Nodal officer's email which I sent. Nor anyone seems to be still answering the phone.
