I have called to Hathway to use their internet services, Hathway employee asked me to share all personal details over whats app like Aadhar card ( front & Back ), Gas bill, Photo. After sharing all details they asked me to make the payment, I have made the made the payment and share details to him, he inform me that he will send executive to fix new connection, Night **PM i got a call from same person saying that no routers are available now, we send executive by next day before **:** HRS , Next day at **:** HRS( **rd December **** ) he told me that services are not available at my location, hence he cancelled my request, when i complained i got a responce from their Nodal Officer that they will return the amount in ** Working days, I wanted to complain why they have collected payment if they could not be able to provide service at my location and how can they hold my amount without providing any service.
