I have purchase Godrej fully automatic machine from Flip Card in August **** at that time their service partner Jeeves Consumer Service has taken extended warranty for more * years and I have paid for the same at that time. My Washing machine having some problem and not working properly,Since **nd June ****,I am calling to Jeeves complain No. ************ on daily basis and also send Email with my all documents to their Email ID : claims@jeeves.co.in, extendedwarranty@jeeves.co.in on **rd June **** as per their instruction on telephone , they have told me that with in ** hrs, your complain ticket will issue & after issue of ticket with in ** hours person will visit your house. But till date no ticket generated , It is mentaly harressment to call every day twice & hold for more than ** minutes every time,
