- Service not delivered after charging an upfront of rupees Closed
I booked an annual Jio connection after paying Rs.**** upfront. My data got exhausted and after recharging also the speed is at ***-*** kbps. i work from home and i have been unable to work for the last * days. I have been trying to get in touch with the customer care and complaints team with absolutely no help. I cant even get a response from the customer service team even on live chat. there is no valid contact number or an option to get hold of a customer service team to get a resolution. Being unable to work for the lost * days has technically cost me LOP and a loss of about Rs***** being unable to work. Can you please get this resolved at the earliest. Thanks
