I have videocon dth connection and the dth stopped working * days ago.I raised a complaint and a guy came to fix that. There was no issues from our side and the guy said it happened because of some version up gradation. And then demanded *** for service charges. Some * months ago i had faced similar problem where there was an issue from their side and that guy took *** as service charges.When i denied to pay the charges the person said it will be deducted from my account when i will recharge. Why am i supposed to pay any charges when there is no fault of me. It was clearlyan issue from provider side. Is this their new way of extorting money from customer. Everytime anything will happen be it my fault or not i will have to pay. What kind of services are these. I am completely unsatisfied with this behavior of videocon.
