Lenskart is sending promotional messages to all my contacts numbers with my name, it's so embarrassing as everyone is asking me about it. I complained to their customer care number twice, they said its got resolved but they started sending those messages again, it's really frustrating.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
