S Hak filed complaint against Lenskart on Dec 26, 2024
I purchased a pair of spectacles from Lenskart in January, and I’ve noticed that the frame color has already faded. I am quite disappointed with the quality, as I expected the frame to last much longer without such issues.
When I looked into this, I found that the warranty is only for * months, which is quite short for a product like this. I believe customers deserve better durability and support for their purchases.
