I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a product I recently purchased from your store. Upon opening the package, I found that the product was significantly damaged and the charger was missing from the box.
I immediately visited your store to report the issue, and I was initially assured that the product would be exchanged. However, during my follow-up visit, the request for an exchange was unexpectedly rejected without any valid explanation.
This experience has caused me considerable inconvenience, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support. I kindly request that the damaged product be replaced with a new, fully functional unit along with all its accessories, including the charger, as per the original commitment made by your staff.
I hope for a prompt and fair resolution to this matter. Failing which, I will be compelled to escalate the issue through appropriate consumer grievance forums.
