So on *nd may ****, i bought lenskart gold membership, so that I can get my frame with power quickly as it's my daily use spectacles, because my previous frame broken and I'm not able to work properly. On *rd may **** i placed my order in trust of next day delivery. But due to some prescription issues I get a message in my order section, where they mentioned our eye specialist will contact in within * hrs still didn't get a call as expected, then after * days we get a call, i mentioned the details, then order was created on *may****, prepared dispatch on *may****, and on the way *may****, still didn't get the order by the day i.e **may****. So I tried to get in touch with customer service but didn't get in touch. After a alot of efforts from my side call get connected to the customer support on *th may one of the executive raise a complaint, and today I get a call from lenskart that order will not be delivered today due some logistics issue. This is lenskart and logistics partners problem that they didn't my order on time, and because of this I'm facing eye issue not able to see clearly.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
