Lenskart is sending a promotional message to my phone contact quoting my name in the message due to which I am facing a very embarrassing situation. Today I faced a very awkward situation when the maid working at my home showed to my wife a message quoting a gift of rupees **** on my name as if I am gifting her this amount. The sender of this message is AD-Lenskart. As that person is not that much aware of all these Apps and all it may be taken in a different way by her which can further cause problems. This is too much annoying. How can such messages be sent without customers consent? I want an apology letter from the company side and assurance from their side that this will not be repeated again.
