- Security Deposit of Modem not refunded 4 month rental not refunded on request for relocation Open
I have taken the broadband connection from Excitel and paid *,*** as security deposit for the internet modem. I was told that security deposit will be refunded once I surrender my connection and return the modem.
I had to relocate and I asked excitel to relocate my connection to new address after I recharged for * months. Excitel refused to assist in relocation amd also did not agree to refund my * month rental. I surrendered my modem and company told me to contact after * month for security deposit. Its been a month now, when I am trying to contact them they are not giving adequate response as when amd how my security deposit will be refunded.
They have **** security deposit and **** for * month advance rental which I did not use. Also they took back the modem and not assisting in my queries
