I started staying with them in **** at Navi Mumbai & after *-* months I recieved a sudden mail stating I have to vacate the house within ** days as owner has decided take the house back.I took an internal transfer to another property in Vashi where this story repeated. Afterwards I found a property but they disabled the option of internal transfer so that tenants pay hefty additional onboarding fee.
I paid an additional **** again as onboarding charges because of these people taking the house away which apparantly was again brought back. I received a mail stating "sorry for the inconvenience cause, your Vashi property is not being deboarded now". This is such a trouble to anyone's mental health.First they send a sudden notice stating they are deboarding the property within a month and when one searches for a property and wants to take Internal transfer, they take advantage of the emergency situation and close the Internal transfer for old tenants and which leaves one with no option other than paying the onboarding charges and enter as a new customer.
Due to Covid-**, I lost my job and had to come back to my hometown since the rent was really heavy on my pocket.They disabled the move-out option and their customer care number was closed.So I dropped the keys with the house owner and sent an email to them stating I have left the property. This happened in the month of June,**** and now it is September,****.Since then I have been asking them for my security deposit and have been told that certain CHARGES will be deducted and **** something will be returned to me but it hasn't happened.
I just need my deposit back as it was my hard earned money and I really need it in these times of crisis.
